I normally leave glowing reviews because the staff and service team are always fantastic. I truly appreciate the concierge service and understand that EV loaners may not always be available.
My only concern is that the last two loaner vehicles I’ve received were delivered with the gas tank nearly empty. Since I drive a lot for work, having to stop for gas before I can even start my day is inconvenient.
A suggestion: deliver loaners with a full tank and ask customers to return them full. It would make an already great customer experience even better
