Michael kept me informed. He was helpful and friendly. The service worker(s) didn't put the seat back panel back. I asked Michael about that and he corrected it for me. He got me a BRAND NEW loaner (still had all the plastic in it!) Michael made everything easy for me.

I took my car in as part of a recall because I was contacted by your company. They said that I would get a car when I left it that night. When I got there they said that they did not have any cars left. They informed me that that they would finish my car in 2 hours. This may sound great but I had plans for that night. At that point I did not have a choice but to stay because I had arranged the rest in of the week around this. This made me late for my own birthday celebration.
