Ryan does an outstanding job and I couldn't be more pleased. He always goes above and beyond and takes great care of my 4-runner and keeps me updated and on schedule. Ryan Engleman was great, very courteous and friendly. My main issue is that there was nothing that could be done about the apparent bug with the sway monitor. When I turn it off, it always turns back on (silently) when the car is started.
I’m aware that this is not a service issue specifically, but I bought this vehicle based on experience with my Sienna that does not beep (it has steering wheel vibration) and does not do the sway warning nearly as often. This is a very annoying thing and there seems to be no way to permanently fix it.
