Realized once I made it home that I did not have my wiper blades replaced as requested. I checked the receipt and I didn't see it on there. Just a little annoyed that I have to make another stop to get the blades. Otherwise no other complaints. The service representative called and informed me of what my car needed. No complaints.

We have never had this happen before. But, there were several steps to finish servicing left undone. I had to return to dealer to get them fixed.
