I was handed over to Will by Paul. I would like to thank Paul. Will greeted me with a warm smile and was immediately on the phone with the interior guy about repairing my car. Will asked me (he did not tell me) if the time would be good for me to return. When I returned Will noticed me right away and went straight to work on my behalf. He even asked questions I didn't think k to ask. He acted as a big brother or Dad on my behalf. I am very grateful for Will. When and if I return I will request Will to get me taking care of with respectability, honesty, and integrity!

We were very disappointed in the lack of personalization shown by our customer Rep. He NEVER introduced himself to my husband and I for starters. I finally asked him what is his name. He basically had NO friendly customer conversation with about anything. We are seriously considering moving our vehicle care back to Lexus Birmingham!!! Perhaps he was stand offish because we declined the other suggested list of repairs. We came for a particular service, if it was a #1 priority to have more servicing done, I doubt I would have allowed Tuscaloosa Toyota follow
through. I have been buying Toyota vehicles since 1996. So, Overall, our experience and service
satisfaction was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
