I was there 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home the rubber seal under the hood was hanging out the front of the car. Two clips were broken. When I tried to pop the hood I realized that the hood release on the inside of the car was also broken. Very disappointed in Tuscaloosa Toyota.

I have a Hyundai that I have to take to there dealership to keep my warranty intact, but they can’t compare to Tuscaloosa Toyota. I’m glad I have a service department and salesman that I can trust to do what they say they will.

Was there Thursday for the first time with my new Grand Highlander Hybrid and was treated immaculate by Kevin. The service advisor gave me his card, kept me informed of what was going on and I was out within 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Fast forward the following day, was so impressed, I brought my older Camry Hybrid and left confused with what happened. The guy that initially helped me today was TJ. After 3+ hours I finally had to inquire how much longer it would be. Both vehicles had were brought in at 7am. Never got an update and never heard from TJ again.
The only difference I can see is yesterday I brought in a nicer car and was in a suit. Today I was in jeans and brought in my 6 year old Camry.
This did not sit well.

Brought my truck in for inspection because ABS, Traction Control, and pre collision light came on simultaneously when I was driving. I took it by to get it checked and looked at. The news I got was the wheel sensor code popped up so they wiped “mud” off of it when I’ve only driven on asphalt roads. So they drive it again and no lights came on but when I pull out and drive down the road I had the same issues I had to begin with. Spent nearly 2 hours there just to get “mud” wiped of my wheel speed sensor.
