3 hour wait for a diagnosis that should have taken 30 minutes. Replacement part was not in stock one week later I am still mopping water out of my Tacoma after a rainstorm. I have called a left a message Friday the 2nd, but still no follow up. Wow.

The man that helped me was wonderful but it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Camry that’s ridiculous. I had an appointment as I assume the lobby full of people did and it still took 3 hours ???????.
