I have a suggestion, I received a text , while sitting in the waiting room .that my car was ready . I got up and went to the desk to sign for my car. I was told I would have to wait on service to Get paperwork ready. So I had to go back and sit down. Please add on your text that vehicle is ready, please wait for service to get paperwork ready and you will be called . I am 78 it was a real effort to walk over there , then have to sit and wait again . Thanks
