Unfortunately, the service this time was subpar. 12/13 I took my car for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. My hood was not close properly and too much air was put in my tires, 38 psi. The recommended amount is 32 psi. So this was not the best experience for me out of the 12 years I've been coming to T'loosa Toyota.

Mostly satisfied. However it would have nice to know that my child’s car seat would be uninstalled. I have a special needs child that has a $3000 car seat and I would have uninstalled myself to ensure it was safe. Also, I would have been in a pickle and putting it back in my car in the rain if she would have been with me. Other than that everything was good
