When we arrived on time for our 10:30am appointment for them to program a new key fob to our vehicle, they told us the key fob was not in stock. This was after I had called 1-2 weeks previously to set up this appointment and make sure they had the key fob for our vehicle by giving them our VIN number. They said they had it in stock, hence why our appointment was set for today. We had to wait for the parts manager going back and forth with the parts department on whether or not they had the fob in stock. They were telling us they did not have it and we would have to come back when they get the fob in stock to get it programmed on Tuesday. Finally, after some time they discovered they did in fact have the key fob. They apparently were looking under my husband’s name when it was under my name. Why it wasn’t listed under the VIN of the vehicle regardless of our name is wild. Thankfully, the parts manager was kind about all of it.
