Mr. Averett was friendly and professional. He talked to me about the 2 things that were really needed, as well as being behind, on my vehicle. I felt his concern was more of safety not sale. I could really tell a difference in my vehicle today. I can't get everything done at once but I will begin getting more repairs made.

No need to contact me. The problem is over booking. It took me over 10 minutes to check in for a scheduled apt and 15 minutes to get my vehicle after it drove up finished. Will always use Tuscaloosa Toyota be cause of the people that work there.
