Chad has great customer service and has been very attentive with the issue we’ve had with our 2024 Sienna. We are unfortunately still having issues with the Bluetooth not wanting to stay connected to my phone. At this point I’m not sure what else can be done.

The service department usually does a great job. I have only had one problem before with them before when it took over 3 hours just to get oil change and I discussed it with service manager and have not had a problem since.

The service was excellent— as usual. However, when I perused the on-line check list of additional service recommendations, and checked the boxes for additional services desired, I was shown what I thought was a final bill. When the service was completed, the final bill was hundreds of dollars more than the prior estimate. As it turns out, the bill I was shown was in addition to the services I had already requested — it was not a final total bill as the screen implied. Before I authorize work to begin, I would like to know the final total cost of all services. If I’m spending $2k on a vehicle with 108,000 miles this information, up front, would be useful. I recommend you alter your software or change how it’s presented to customers.

Ryan is an outstanding Toyota service team member. He explains everything in great detail and is so kind. I know he will go far in life due to his attention to detail. I am however, not satisfied with my 2024 Landcruisers squealing brakes in reverse. I love the way my Landcruiser drives and everything about it but the brakes. Highly annoying and quite sure disruptive to neighbors. Very disappointing. Sure hope something is done about this soon. From what I gather from a family member of the owners of a Toyota dealership…. The Land cruisers brakes ARE A REAL PROBLEM.
