After being there for 30 minutes I received 2 videos showing where they inspected underneath my car and showing the tires taken off and under the hood. Along with this I received a report that was a checklist of everything that they had inspected saying weather it was all good, was gonna need work, or needed to be fixed. All the green boxes were checked saying it was good. After seeing all this I assumed that meant it had been checked since the green boxes and had all been checked saying everything was good. I sat there for another 90 minutes almost before I was told my car was ready. My question is if everything had been inspected and was good and I had received the report what where they doing for another 90 minutes?
