I got the text about my inspection and it said my battery needed to be replaced. I thought Wesley was going to come and explain what was going on with my battery. He then called me up and said my car was ready and didn’t mention that I needed a new battery. So I asked him what was going on with my battery. He replied, “It’s almost dead, you could be stranded on the side of the road.” As an advisor he should have told me that I needed to replace my battery. And that’s unacceptable, because I could have been stranded because he didn’t mention the battery issue!!

Steve Woods is the best ???? When I made it there and requested my friend Steve, two others asked me at different times, may I help you, I said, Steve please. What's your name? I said, he calls me Ms Carolyn, Ms Carolyn they asked, yes, I replied Ms Carolyn. What I do know is this, you have to have a great working relationship between costumer and service provider to be on a respectable first name basis.
