This was the worse experience I’ve experienced at Tuscaloosa Toyota. The service man who was helping us was too busy playing on his phone and trying to up sell things to us instead of helping us out. He ever had the nerve to ask me if I “understood the review that was sent or did he need to explain it to me in a way I’d understand”. He was rude and seemed to be more interested in his phone than doing his job. We ever seen him getting into another customers vehicle while playing on his phone. We will not be using his services again. I’d prefer the other gentleman that has been helping us.
