Today’s multi point inspection took entirely too long. I got my rear brake pads done, but it took almost 2 hours to be informed that that needed to be done. Additionally, I had to wait another hour and a half to two hours to get my car back. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and arrived about 15 to 20 minutes early. I did not leave until 12:00 or so.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm and showed up on-time. After getting checked in I waited until 3:20pm until the service member told me my car was ready. For the hour and a half that I waited there was no check-ins from my service member about my car or my wait time. Every other time I have been this has never been an issue. I was not told about what was done to my car afterwards and was just handed a sheet of paper and asked to pay. I have been loyal to Tuscaloosa Toyota and have gotten my car serviced here every single time. I hope for better customer service next time.

All of the service performed was up to par .tech said my battery was in need of replacing.the battery in my car was purchased from Tuscaloosa Toyota in July of 2021,84 month battery.I checked with your parts department when I got home and the young lady I spoke with told me that there is some pro rate left towards a replacement. Called back and left Steve woods a message asking how to go about getting a replacement 84 month battery with the pro rated price ,I have not heard from him.regards Don Odum
