Would be nice if someone would explain my bill and what things needed to be done and why. My oil was to be changed and hope it was . Has to ask several people what everything means . My husband usually did this and since he passed trying to understand and would be helpful to talk to a person instead of a text which was hard to understand .

I appreciate no pressure to have certain items attended to. I was provided with a list of recommended repairs to be made but that none were urgent and needed to be done immediately. I have had many things replaced at my home recently and appreciate that I can have the recommended repairs at my convenience or when I could better afford the additional repairs.
