No service explanation given. I left with the same problem I came with. I had to call back and ask if the vehicle was safe to drive since the tire pressure light was still on. Also I was there over 2 hours for nothing. They texted me and since it took a while for me over an hour to see the text I was there a lot longer than I should have been bi was not informed that I would be texted. Poor customer service!!!!!

Spilled oil from the old filter into the engine bay and did not clean it up, also oil on the fan shroud. This seems to be the norm there lately. The last service was clean, but the three prior also left oil. Two services ago I had the coolant flushed and changed. They spilled so much pink antifreeze in the engine compartment I took my truck back to get it cleaned. A tech came out and cleaned about 10 percent of it then went inside. I spent 30 minutes at my house doing it myself. We’re not talking drips of oil, it’s puddles. I’ve left this info several times before but it keeps happening over and over. I believe I’m done taking my truck there if this is how the techs treat it 4 out of 5 times. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx if you have further questions. Thanks
