Eddie was phenomenal. He understood our budget restrictions and was not pushy with the repairs suggested. He helped me understand the safety risks and what the next steps would be if we did not do some repairs. He helped me find a way to help me prioritize the plan. I work in healthcare and this is the best way I can put my experience into words: he explained the diagnosis, came up with a treatment plan and gave me the next steps so that it was not overwhelming. His client education was impressive and his demeanor was so kind and genuine. 10/10 recommend him!!

He needs to pay attention to what the customer wants. I specifically said it was time for service and I needed the annual inspection at the initial conversation. At check out the inspection had not been performed and he said I didn’t mentioned it. Then after it was done he said the sheet was on the dash and it wasn’t in the car at all. He can do better than that
