Took from 1030am to almost 230pm for 4 tires plus alignment and the installer left wax all over the rims for me to clean up later. This is honestly par for the course for this dealership at this point. This is the 3rd incident of either bad communication, bad practices, and in at least one previous case negligence on my car. I consider not ever going back because it does not seem like this service department has their **** together at all. I am not trying to be a pain in the **** but you guys have really given me very little reason to trust you with my vehicle.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation on the third tire rotation and once it was finished my car pulled to the left so I returned the car and told the team what the problem was the alignment was off and they checked it and surprisingly after that they checked the problem the vehicle drove fine. Then the last tire rotation I had you guys do my tires rotation and I was told my tires were cupped and was told it was because of the alignment. The tires were brand new when I purchased the car and every service I came wasto you guys . This last oil change I had to have the the tires rotate and had to pay for an alignment that I didn’t feel I should have to pay and have tire that are cupped. Feels like I have bad tires Because of your service. Not sure I trust you service!
