Horrible, horrible communication. Even with supervisor and service rep. Unbelievably awful. Will never return to this organization, ever. Just an awful experience, and spent likely >$10K over the past 18 months in service. Never again

Jena has been fantastic and I really appreciate her advice about how to handle the problem with automatic braking coming on when there aren’t any cars or objects in the area or the lane management showing the service needed alert on the dash. It’s just frustrating that I’ve made multiple trips to the dealership and waited while the diagnostic is done each time without a successful fix. The jeep was purchased new in April. I have to pay for dog daycare when I come in and while I enjoy seeing everyone, it takes a good portion of my day because I don’t live in the immediate area. Jena does a great job of explaining everything and talking about next steps. I just feel like I spent a lot of money on a jeep and extended warranties for a brand new vehicle that almost immediately has had issues that no one can seem to diagnose. I’ve shown pictures and videos so there isn’t a question that it’s happening. When the jeep slams the brakes on at 36 mph and throws my dogs forward, it’s going to eventually cause an injury.

Communication was not good today. I had to communicate through text to try to explain what was going on. Luckily I was able to call and got through to talk to someone about it. I was told it’s gonna cost $200 to diagnose what’s wrong and then I was told there’s nothing wrong. Well, the problem is still there. I checked the cab cam when I got home and it still blacks out. Also, 5 minutes after leaving the dealership the check engine light came on. Luckily I was close enough to turn around and take it back to see what was going on. Unfortunately, all the techs were gone so now I have to take it back again, but the receipt says because I have an aftermarket I take there’s a code that gets thrown around, but can be fixed with a PCM flash. Why wasn’t that explained to me earlier and we could’ve got it fixed while it was there. Also after going over the receipt, we paid for a $1400 service that included filling windshield washer fluid and after getting home and looking at it, it’s still empty. What else did not get done? Now I’m second guessing everything after taking our trucks here for the last 17 years. This is not high quality dealership service. After I paid for the service, no one was gonna sit down and talk to me about what got done, what needs to get done or how things were looking. Receipt also says they checked tire pressure, but there’s no measurements on the receipt. We 100% trusted this place with our truck and always thought we’d be taken care of. Now I’m not so sure. It feels like all this place wants is our money. So what happens next? We’re gonna pay another $1400 for them to do simple fixes. It’s not right.

Steve Archer is great. Perhaps he is the only employee keeping the service department from falling apart. Other than Steve, everyone else appears overwhelmed and confused most of the time. I had to bring my vehicle in numerous times for the same issue, one instance was for a MAJOR safety concern from a technician mistake during repair. Then, they said they were going to wash the vehicle as a courtesy for the inconvenience. What we got back was an unwashed car covered in bird crap from being parked near the service entrance overhang. The car was WAY dirtier than when I dropped it off.
As of now, if I EVER decide to use cardinale again, it will be because of Steve Archerrand his dedication, the rest of the experience was horrific. I will be using the healdsburg dealer from here forward. Do yourself a favor and let Steve do ALL the decision making in that department along with a promotion and pay raise.
