Unfortunately the main reason of the service was to repair front seatbelts not retracting and the issue wasn't resolved or fixed. Also when checking in for the service the appointment didn't have such service scheduled even though I speak on the phone and set up the appointment with Jena.

Samual’s service was exceptional!
However we drive for about an hour and the RAM part amd controller module replaced failed again, what do we do? Trailer brakes don’t work and it appears to be a defective RAM part. Yes, we’ll try to find a dealer for repair however they most likely will put in the same part and it will fail again.
Please advise? Also, if we have to drive with a defective safety part (brake controller), more than likely if we had an accident with a defective unit, insurance may not cover our loss
