When I purchased the car, they told me if I needed gas, they would put some gas in my car. Supposedly the new manager said no. I know where I will buy my next car and it will not be at this Hyundai dealership.
$40 is not gonna kill your company, but it could make a difference in keeping several customers
I was asking for help for gas and they tried to turn around and charge me for a cabin filter. That’s your car…… that’s why I’m leasing it ….you fix it and you pay for it.!…..

I had my car towed in for an issue of the car vibrating & the engine light on. When the car arrived I was called & I explained what was going on.Christian called me to let me know what they were going to do & my options if it was something no longer under warranty. I agreed and when they had done the diagnosis, I was called & he told me everything was under the warranty & the car was ready for pickup. He also told me a motor mount needed to be replaced when they received the part he would let me know so I could set the appointment for that to be installed, which he did & my appt. is set.

I was surprised to find out that I received four maintenance visits during the first three years of owning the car. I thought that I would receive more. But, I suppose it is better to have the maintenance done now to protect the car going forward. It was good to hear that I do not need the maintenance service every 6 months since I drive the car so infrequently. I will make it a point to come in for maintenance every 8 months or longer. On the matter of the tonneau cover latch not working properly, it still got stuck. Fortunately, I was able to figure out a fix by watching YouTube videos. Seems to work fine now. The touch lock/unlock handle feature is still a hit and miss. Since I can’t demonstrate this to your technicians, I guess I will just live with it, although it is frustrating having to get out my key to make the unlock and/or lock work. One last thing. I wish there was a “greeter” when I pull up to the service department. I never know whether to wait in my car for someone to come out or go into the service department to check in. It is not only me, but I heard this situation /confusion from other customers, too. Or, if it is too much (too costly) to ask to have a staff greeter out in the drive up area, perhaps a friendly and attractive sign could be prominently displayed so customers will know what to do when they pull up for service. As for the maintenance itself, I believe the technicians did a good job.

There was no follow up contact to advise that the part needed was in, I had to call (made three attempts), not sure why the service advisor would provide a contact number and not listen to or respond to messages left unless there is an internal issue with your communication system, which I doubt because same thing occurred with texting. Received update texts but service advisor would not respond to my text and I had to call the service department. Aside Afrom that
