I would like to give a Big Big Thank You to Cristian. I brought my 2015 Hyundai Elantra in for an engine diagnostic. Thinking my engine is done after hearing what I thought was a lifter or rod knock. After Cristian and the technician did a very thorough inspection. Concluded that the engine was ok. Not being able to put a new engine or buy a new car. When I drove the car after service, the oil light came on a few blocks away. Knowing how serious it is if there isn’t sufficient oil in the crank case, I immediately returned. Happily, the situation was quickly remedied but it scared me and I am not sure I can trust your products and workmanship.

Re-call that was completed months before had to be redone after I was told previously that all I needed to do was come back for the sticker that was lacking from the previous visit. Was going to be charges $89 for an oil change when I still had one complimentary one left. The manager double checked when I complained. It was supposed to be free. It was corrected. We were there 3 1/2 hours which was excessive in my opinion for what needed to be done. Very frustrating. Manager did apologize.

I used to go to another location and it has been a horrible experience. It ‘s my first time at this location (Glendora) and I am so happy with the service that they provided me.
