The customer service and time I waited for the vehicle to have an oil change was excellent but my car doesn’t feel like it did prior to the ok change. It sounds louder like it’s struggling causing me to wonder what kind of oil was used or if it was done at all but like I stated I feel it sounds and feels bad after the service. It’s louder and seems to struggle.

I was very pleased with the work that they did on the gas pump and how quickly they were able to acquire it and install it. However, they did not check tire pressure and one of my tires is low. I am bringing it in tomorrow so they can make sure that it is 35 all the way around or whatever the car designates. That was put on the request when I brought the car in, but I guess in their hurry they forgot to do that. I’ll be there tomorrow morning
