I had an appt but my vehicle sat there for 30 minutes before they took it back. At which point I told service that they didn't have to wash my car, which they didn't (they don't do a great job on the wash). They did finish on time which was nice. I did over hear a service person talking to a customer in the waiting area and I think this is where you biggest problem is. Train the service people to have a bit of empathy and to really listen to their customers. After all without us they wouldn't have a job. A bit of niceness goes a long way. Even when you're busy...just acknowledging someone shows you care.
