Your customer waiting area is a 1 out of 5. Hot chocolate machine out of order, had to ask to get coffee made. No reg creamer,only powdered Artificial crap. Out of all the dealerships I've delt with this is the worst for it's customer waiting area.

When I scheduled my 30k maintenance I assumed it was my last “free” service considering I thought we had a 3 year 30k warranty. However it must be a 2 year 30k warranty. However the lady who scheduled it didn’t mention that it was going to be $114 for an oil
Change and tire rotation, which is ridiculous.
Yes, please contact me to make this right. When I purchased the vehicle from Bradly Bourbonnais Toyota we had a terrible experience but they reassured me it would be made up by service.
