I've been doing business there for over 20 years and I can't think of nowhere else to go that is straight up professional to the point and explains things that we may not understand. Steve in the service department always has done me right always and I've always respected him from the beginning and the gentleman that helped me with my extended warranty was absolutely wonderful and all of them are so great all of them and they all have different jobs and they kind of work together which is wonderful what team players Toyota David Bruce is. Everyone is always great and so nice to deal with. My issue is that I have have been having the same ongoing issue with my tailgate and service has seen what it does but they say it doesn’t happen when they connect it to the computer to throw an error code. I do not live near the dealership and have had it in twice. It is frustrating that I have 38,000 miles on a vehicle with a bum tailgate that never works.
