I sure appreciated the offer of the car wash (by hand) after my vehicle was serviced and oil changed. But I was a little disappointed that none of the lower black plastic/molding was washed on either side of my Grand Highlander and it still had gravel stains and splash marks on both sides after it was finished. So, I will still need to wash it myself after returning home. I know it is a free service/add on and I appreciate the gesture, but just wanted to draw it to your attention because it was only partly clean.
