I used a coupon for an oil change at $49.95. Ended up paying $75.85. I feel there is some adjusted advertising going on here. Maybe if the corporate office put in the coupon labor not included would be helpful. I think your mechanics & front desk people are qualified and professional. A supervisor allowed a $18.75 discount but it just seems like a bate & switch ad. The supervisor told the service counter person that the ad was not Pueblo Toyota’s but corporate. It had Pueblo Toyota written all over it which can be misleading. Next time, I personally will clarify everything, although I don’t feel I should have to. Disappointed to say the least.
