Carl did an exceptional job of handling the servicing of my vehicle. There was a problem with removing and replacing the tag light and he personally took the time in trouble to solve this issue without further expense to me. They left the tag hanging on the rear view mirror and mud or wet dirt on the driver side doorway. I felt whoever worked on my vehicle didn’t care about the customer. The vehicle should have been returned as it was brought in. Perhaps even cleaner.
I’ve had service where they actually ran the vehicle through a car wash before returning it to me.

Both me and my wife work during to week, that’s why we schedule are car and truck on Saturday appointments. It would be nice if you have a master technician working on Saturday also. We have to come back for are truck and one of us will have to take the day off during the week because what we need done.
