I have been trying to get an alignment under warranty for 8 months now, excuse after excuse of you rack computer not being updated. After bringing my car in for it's first 5k service under Toyota care your service advisor tried to charge me for it, and the warranty alignment you couldn't even perform. My car left very dirty compared to how I dropped it off, all my dash custom settings were erased along with my radio settings, this raises big questions of what you actually did to my vehicle.

My mother took my Tacoma for its maintenance because I had to work. Unfortunately I work 12-14 hour shifts and am unable to take my truck to get service when you are open. She checked it in and waited for the completion. After complete your staff would not give her the keys to the truck. I appreciate the security but it was a hassle for her to get the keys to the truck. I recommend taking down the name of the person that checks in the vehicle to avoid issues like this in the future. I asked Bianca to have the service people check my heater In the backseat. I cannot get the heater to work there. She said she would have someone check, but nothing was done. The gentleman who went over my bill and gave me my keys, went outside with me to see if he could get the heater working in the back. He could not. I still need the heater to work in the backseat.

First, the representative in the service department could not find my appointment. I called a couple days prior due to technical issues on your website and they confirmed I had an appointment. However the rep did get me in. The rep also did not explain the services performed and did not give me a inspection report that includes tire pressure, fluid levels, etc so I don't know what was checked on my vehicle.

Everything was good except I wanted my tires balanced along with the oil change and tire rotation. I was told that because it was over the 12 month mark the service wasn't covered. I don't drive the truck that much and work out of town and wasn't able to get in before 12 months were up. I bought the truck brand new and if Toyota would cover the balance before the 12 months why wouldn't it be done on my first service? I work in customer service and I would have taken care of this for a customer. Really how much would that have cost. They were already rotating the tires. Really poor customer service on something minor that would have made me happy.
