The agent did fine taking care of the drivers door as I requested.
The agents service right-up didn’t specify that I requested a repair or replacement quote of the missing door handle on the left rear passenger door. I got no estimate for this door handle. Now I will have to pay another initial charge to get an estimate. The outside door handle was completely missing. It obviously needed repair.

Service department very helpful in checking in and out. I did have an issue with white small paper in my truck after they serviced it.
