Kept me waiting 2 hours in the waiting room e everyone was getting their vehicles but me! So I went and asked one of the guys what was going on he said they hadn't worked on it yet I was very upset, I told them just have the shuttle take me home and call me when it's ready,they didn't I had to call so mind you my appointment was at 10am I did get my car till 2:30 I was very upset,when I went back to get my car it was sitting in the very same place as when I left.so NO I do not trust anyone there. Bian a did help me reassured me. She was great, all the men there are very rude!!! I think they need to be trained on their customer service skills! I am not happy with my sale of my car!the women are nice and very professional

I made an appointment for 3:00pm, arrived at 2:48pm. Asked how long approximately, the service- a simple oils change, would take. I was told about an hour. After a hour and a half I went back to check the progress, as I am a single mom and had to hire a sitter to get the oil change. The lady at the counter said l, oof umm they haven’t even taken it back let me go check. She came back and said I could wait another 30ish minutes for it to be done. At that point I was beyond upset and said I would just like to leave. As she walked me to my car, there were 4 men sitting in the shop on their phones… this sent me over the edge. I already questioned buying from Pueblo Toyota again, but this reconfirmed it was a huge waste. Taking two hours out of my day, on a day when I could do so, on spring break as I’m a teacher, I am beyond disappointed and will
Never recommend Pueblo Toyota to anyone.
