Initially with a 4 PM scheduled time for oil and filter change, people seemed a little slower to the draw... only one person at the service counter, two service people were in a back room visiting one another, but not at the counter. Eventually, one of the service people came from the back up to the counter to help me out. Garage was completely empty and no cars were being serviced at the time.
My personal opinion was they were looking forward to being done for the day… But once they got engaged, they took care of us.

He asked Bianca a question regarding cost of diagnostics and I questioned it because I thought it was a bit pricey and she replied in away that I felt was rude and dismissive, instead of explaining it she said that I need to look up my extended warranty to see if it was covered.
