Whitaker was good. I had appointment for a recall on my 2022 highlander the girl that made the appointment should of checked like Whitaker did to make sure the parts were there.

My brakes were not working properly after the install a month prior & a new issue with steering popped up w/my vehicle too! The issue was addressed & he went above & beyond in explaining everything, showing empathy & understanding! & to top it all off he was under a lot of pressure himself too…long line & understaffed…he showed a lot of grace regardless
