Nick made my service request very easy to schedule and he was very efficient in seeing that it was handled correctly and on time that he suggested. I have always been very satisfied with Pettus Ford’s service advisors. I am pleased to say that Pettus is worth the drive from my home area of Oakville in so county.

Lizzy was great to work with. I think your repair prices are really inflated. I don’t understand why a new starter was put on last year under my extended warranty and it’s bad already. I understand that the labor might not be covered but a replacement starter should be. I bought my truck from you and have had all the service work done there in the past but these prices now are horrible. $737 for adding dye to the oil and changing an oil filter is horrible! I unfortunately will be taking my truck to outside repair shops in the future. But like I said Lizzy was a delight to work with.
