Expected my vehicle to return on a tow truck to save gas. Came back with a tech driving it so you guys used my gas to bring it back. Secondly, the following vehicle for him ran out of gas so they asked me for gas and took my last gallon I had in my tank to make it to town. Not once did he even think about offering to pay me anything for the gas. Simply jumped in the truck and took off. This was a horrible service I would have rather paid my insurance to get it on a tow truck and not be so rude delivering it back to me. Thanks Ford.

First of all, the didnt have the corrext pick up address and drove to Herculaneum when the car was in Hillsboro. As it was for the last appointment. Then at 4:45 I called about my car being delivered back to me. I heard from no one and had to call them unfortunately.I was at work and was carless. Luckily I could get a ride to your facility and able to get it.. I was very disappointed on the lack of response and communication.
