Wait time was the longest I've ever experienced.
No apology or explanation for the hour and twenty minutes wait. My appointment was for 1 pm. I have a lot of patience, but am concerned that some customers may use the long wait as a tool to spread negativity about Pettus' service department. Keeping customers updated when running behind schedule or explanation about the reason for taking longer than normal for an oil change and tire rotation package would be a positive thing to keep a high performance level rating for the Pettus Ford service department.
