He knew we were in a hurry to get out of town before the 4th of July traffic hit and he did his best to speed things up for us. First I wasted a morning when I was informed that the service would take most of the day instead og 60-90 minutes. The explanation was that the booking system was foulded up. It would have been good to be told that morning, instead of upon arrival. The service was rescheduled for a week later, and then I wasted another three hours, when the service took three hours instead of the 60-90 minutes I was told to plan for. The service was routine (tire rotation and points-check only), thus there was no explanation nor excuse provided.
I was offered compensation (a free alignment check at a future date), but that was not done with any amoint of grace.

My service technician was very polite and kind but I was there for 8 hours for a simple service appointment and my tire pressure is reading low - which means that they didn’t even check my tires. I’m dreading coming back and it has nothing to do with the guy who was helping me in the office / not his fault, but it’s unacceptable to make me wait 8 hours for the first service appointment for the car I bought one year ago and forget to check the tires.

I’ve come here for service before and the service was terrible. I should not have been surprised that the service was just as terrible again after this most recent appointment. I scheduled the appointment nearly two months in advance, dropped my car off for simple maintenance on a Tuesday (my appointment day) and my car sat for a few days without even being looked at. I called on the next Friday after to check in and tell them I needed my car back. Thanks to Bluelink I could see that after the call it was the first time my car was ever touched. The team was able to change my oil before I arrived but that was it! The did not examine or diagnose ANY of the things we had discussed. They also return my car with low tire pressure. I remember sitting in the waiting room and overhearing other patrons and experiencing their own poor service horror stories. After pickup they said that they recommend that I schedule another appointment months out so they can look at all of the things they neglected to do. I’d rather drive to another dealer an hour plus away than come back here again. You guys should be ashamed. I doubt you even look at these reviews—this center has had terrible reviews on google and yelp for years. I would never recommend this location
