This service center is busy. We were out of own & left our car for a WEEK! Replacement park was broken upon installation. The part we were waiting for! Hope we can get part in our new Seattle location. Be Better!

The maintenance service was pretty good.
Making an appointment and checking in was not a good experience. I initially scheduled an appointment through the website, but I don't think that calendar synchs with actual appointments available because I was contacted by phone to give all my details again and schedule farther out. Then the appointment given was accidentally on a holiday so we had to reschedule. Then when I came in for the appointment the wait to check in was fairly long (30 minutes) the estimated time to complete the tire rotation was much longer 4-5 hours instead of 2 hours estimated on the phone which meant I would not make it to work so I had to reschedule again. Second time I came in for the appointment the check in wait time was shorter but still seems a bit long just to confirm maintenance needed.
Definitely appreciated the Lyft home for the 3 hour wait, thanks!
