The last view times the service crew has not paid attention to the details. Oil cap install far to tight. Pliers were required to loosen. Also I requested tire pressures not to be adjusted as they where adjusted for cold weather. Driving home pressures were adjust to 38psi. The service advisor was great but somewhere the instructions were lost again. Train staff or get rid of the techs!!!

David Killerlain took care of me well. The problem with the car was not resolved. The car was kept over the weekend, but the techs were unable to locate the source of the drain on the battery, and the best recommendation I have is to keep a trickle charger on it, which will not be easy in the winter because the car is parked outside. I recognize that it is a perplexing problem, but the issue didn’t get fixed.
