Your employees are fantastic! Everyone was really nice and personable. My only complaint is a minor one but it took 1 1/2 hours. Would love to see it go a little quicker since I had an apt.

Please see other comments I left about this service 10/15-10/18. I had to return when the car stalled at an intersection. Also, the car wash was broken. I wish costs had been broken down beforehand. It was all rather expensive.

When the vehicle was dropped off, there were two indicators to address: VSC system and a blinking auto-dip headlight indicator. The horn and steering wheel controls were operational. When I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the cause of these issues was a defective clock spring. I did not read all the text until after I got home. On my drive home I noticed the steering wheel was not aligned properly and is crooked when driving straight ahead. Right before I arrived home the airbag light came on. When I read the notes I learned that upon disassembly, the clock spring had come apart and as a result there is no horn or steering wheel control function and it seems the airbag indicator is also part of the "progressive failyre" of this component. I am dissatisfied because I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis but it was returned to me with symptoms that were not present when I brought it in.

Everything was absolutely great with my experience from when I initially arrived with my car, the door opened and I could drive in, and I was greeted right away by the person that parks the cars, another person came over and started talking with me until my personal representative came to check me in. She was very friendly and double checked what service I was going to have today.I was then directed for a courtesy car and that was very well handled. Upon returning, it was very easy to return the car. I was then directed down the hallway to anyone sitting there to actually pay my bill. It was an awkward experience as I kind of slowly walked down there and stopped in about the middle because no one turned to help me and I did not know where to go. After several minutes, I assume it was a manager, came in from the garage area and asked if I needed help and I said yes. He then shouted to all the clerks there that someone needed to help me which they then did. other than that your process was very organized and very user-friendly except paying the bill.

Received a text message my car was ready to take home, waited 10 minutes and went to service counter. Staff were slow in waiting on me. Informed me the paperwork was not ready. Waited another 12 minutes and was called to the counter. Sent to a second counter and waited another 5 minutes for staff to process the bill and payment. What acwasre of mine ascwell as your staff time. Cann't you get you act better coordinated??? Don't send a text that the car is ready to take home until you can present the billing paperwork!!!!!!

I got more tires rotated and the tire pressure sensor light was on when I started my truck in the parking lot when I picked it up. How can that be? I thought maybe it would just shut off after driving away, but it didn’t all day. Now I’m going to have to bring it back in sometime to get checked when that should have been addressed already.

Your online scheduling program is confusing. I scheduled an appointment for dropping off the vehicle , but planned to wait. I was taken care of very well but was told the program does not indicate when dropping off to wait is not available? My advisor indicated he has brought this issue to management with no response . As a new customer who recently bought a new vehicle I think your service scheduling could be improved.
