I don’t have any concern about the quality of the work performed, but waiting over 3 hours for an oil change and replacement of a 12 volt battery is unreasonable. When I called almost a month in advance to make the appointment and asked about how long it would take, the estimated time was far less or I would have opted to have someone pick me up when I dropped off the car.

I was quoted $35 on the phone when scheduling todays appointment. When I arrived was told $50. Manager agreed to bill me $35. Not happy added incidental 18% fee ($6.95)without notification until payment was presented. When asked what are incidental’s are they said items needed to change tires, like cleaning rags, gloves, etc! Unbelievable!

Everything with Paul was fine. However, when I got into my car, my dash cam was taken down and the cables were also removed. They were sitting on the passenger seat. Nobody let me know that had happened. I had to follow up on the issue. Someone should have communicated with me in advance. The service manager Sam and I had a few calls back and forth and he discovered what happened and let me know. It was a misunderstanding with the wrong car, but it could have been avoided if my car was locked. It’s unfortunate situation. I was offered to come back and they would cable it back up for me. But, the time it would take me to go back, wait for someone to do that and then drive back home would be a lot of hassle and wasted time. I said I would do it myself.
