Everything about the service was great, I'm just pissed that I had to pay for burned out bulbs on a car I've had about 3 weeks.

Matt Anderson spoke so quickly I was not able to understand him. I asked him to slow down twice. He initially showed me a charge that included the roughly $100 for tire rotation and oil change.I asked him to check my maintenance plan. He did so, after telling me his laptop was faulty and leaving the check out counter to find another one. He adjusted the bill and I paid it. There was no apology. I asked, but didn’t get a clear answer about how much more I have on my maintenance plan.

I mostly appreciated Paul attitude. On most of my previous visits, I felt like I was inconveniencing the person with bringing my vehicle in to be serviced. Without me and other customers, they would be out of a job, yet they have a very poor attitude when speaking to the customer. Paul was very good to work with and I felt like I could discuss my vehicle issues and options for repairs without being disrespected. I’d request to work with him specifically in the future, but even when I’ve tried to request a service writer in the past, I just get whoever is available next . . . it’s a roll of the dice.
