The work was fine so far as I have found. The bill seemed excessive & I was told the estimate was about $346 but the bill was $416 because of "shop fees" whatever the hell that is & other misc charges added and of course tax. It seems all these other charges were "normal" & could have been added into the estimate to begin with. Sort of a bait & switch.

Beth did not check to see if I had an extended warranty and I was not informed in advance about what was being done to my car. I would not have replaced unnecessary filters ($151 worth!) had I been aware it was not covered under warranty. I purchased the vehicle at Lewis Toyota and I believe it should be in the records that I have an extended warranty

I was pleased with quality of service. One issue I have is timeliness. When I make an appointment for 10:30 and I check it in at 10:35 but my car isn’t even taken back to be serviced until after 11:45 (I sat outside and watched) and a simple oil change plus tire rotation takes until 1 pm something is wrong with your scheduling department. This has happened multiple times in the past year. I travel from 50 miles away so I wait at the dealership. I can’t burn a whole day to be get an oil change.

I was pleased with my third attempt to get this service. I was able to have an open ended appointment and just leave my car for the day that was very accommodating since it was the third time that I’ve changed my schedule and made arrangements. Everyone was polite and kind. The recall was completed in a timely manner and communication was clear.

Yesterday I brought my 2015 RAV4 in for scheduled service. The mechanic failed to notice that the coolant overflow tube was missing. My son had a tube that would fit so he replaced it when he purchased and replaced my battery. I definitely feel that this is something the mechanic should have noticed, brought to my attention and then replaced it.

The gentleman who helped me get the hub caps put on was such a great person. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Next time I have an issue with my car, would know he would give me the best advice.
