No explanation, service lady had disappeared, we searched and found car.

We have made two appointments to have the rear tire sensor replaced. The first time was on a Saturday and they changed the oil but they couldn’t do the rear tire sensor because that employee doesn’t work on the weekend and we didn’t know that so we made another appointment to have the tire sensor replaced, and we brought the car in And got a notification that it was finished and we get back and they didn’t have a sensor in stock it would have been nice to be notified about that before we spent half the morning, running back and Four to the dealership

I understand that Ray was the only one working, but I find it unreasonable for my time to be wasted waiting on paperwork 40 minutes after the text was sent saying my vehicle is ready. If the paperwork isn't ready, then don't send the text. So when I do arrive, I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes.
