1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival there were cars in line yet to be taken in for service. Although the service attendant was nice, he acknowledged that they were behind. This is the second time that a simple oil change and tire rotation took way longer than was necessary. My time is valuable, I wish that this was noticed today.

Positives:
Friendly service staff, nice waiting facility, coffee and water available.
Negatives:
Oil change took an hour, price of visit was much more than the quote($75 vs 110). I had to question the price and when I did they dropped the price closer to the original estimate. I don’t feel customer should have to question a quote. When I went to get into the car there were dirty hand prints on the door and the handle.
I have been a Lewis fan for a long time but was not impressed with this visit.
I would prefer not called about the visit.

This oil change took much longer than usual. I was told you had a lift down and one technician called in sick. I don’t know how long the lift had been down but you should have reduced the amount of appointments you made to compensate for this. Two hours was too long for a tire rotation and oil change. There are too many other choices in this market.

Service was completed timely and I appreciate the Multi-point inspection. Only issue was the billing. Estimate on MP inspection was $118. Final invoice was $132. Breakdown of costs on the invoice do not reflect the items on the inspection and an explanation of the additional $14 could not be established. Better documentation would help with reaching full satisfaction. Thanks.
