I sat there for an hour and 50 minutes. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar was falling. I when to see what was taking so long, I found out my car had been ready for some time, but paperwork was placed on Carley’s desk when she was at lunch. When I went to get my car I could not see it. I waited for Carley who was now on the phone. I ask someone else to find my car. He drove it up to us but found he had to take out the glove box and put a piece of plastic that was on the seat back in and then replace the glove box. There is no excuse for this type of service!!! It took over two hours for me to get my car that was there for a simple oil change!

The mechanic that performed the inspection reported my air filter needed to be replaced. He provided Mr. Trainer with a photo that was supposed to be my air filter. I recently replaced the factory air filter with a K&N air filter prior to bringing my vehicle in for service. I inspected my filter when I returned home. I found it still looks like new. The photo I was given appears to from a vehicle driven for years on dusty roads.
