Everything went well and Stephen did a great job, but my main concern was correcting my transmission recall and that didn't happen because of computer issue. I'm disappointed that I will have to make another trip.

So the diagnosis for the scrubbing sound from Toyota tech was not correct, as the source for the noise was a loose plastic interior fender... if one of the techs had looked behind the drivers front wheel, it was apparent it was loose and needed to be refastened with a few inexpensive fasteners... instead I got a diagnosis of a leaky seal on the transfer case, which certainly was not leaving any type of leak residue at any time where the vehicle is always parked, and for $1600.00 dollar repair which did NOT resolve the problem I described to Christian.
The problem is now resolved. I regret this experience with your service department. I will be inquiring further about the installation of the new transfer seals with a third party mechanic...
